Recent accomplishments:
- Attended Library Leadership Ohio 2016 class
- Joined Ohio Library Council Digital and Media Services Division Action Council as Secretary
- Coordinated 78 different adult programs in 2015 and 2016 with a combined attendance of over 2,600
- Presented "Advocating Book Clubs for Community Change" at 2015 OLC Convention and Expo
- Created "new resident packets" to welcome new residents to area with library card, newsletter, and welcome letter
- Increasing library's Instagram account from 17 to 300 followers in 6 months.
- Decreased library's missing report by 57% in three months through management of monthly catalog maintenance
- Increased Adult Summer Reading at Licking County Main Library by 114% in my first two months of employment.
